A misaligned joint is weak and prone to injury. An aligned joint is very strong and durable. These two injuries are a failure of the medical staff and a failure by the board of directors, Mark Murphy, and Ted Thompson. The staffing of the medical group is incomplete, the result is unnecessary injuries. Really stupid, incompetent, inept management...and yes, I do have the background to call these fools out!!
