Railbird Central Podcast: Ran Out of Gas

Episode 761

Helping us understand what went wrong for the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game is Matt Pauley of 620 WTMJ in Milwaukee and SB Nation Radio. Pauley guides us through the struggles in the Packers secondary, but also gives us the silver lining of Jordy Nelson fighting through pain to play well. After the interview, I share our postgame "Chips Report" for the final time this season.

Out of gas. Out of luck. And outed by a superior team. That being said, heck of a run. Given where GB was after ten games, I'll take it.

Thanks for the great coverage during the year, Brian.

Thanks for reaching out and thanks for the kind words. Is your avatar a picture of Jeff Query by the way?

Of course. Well deserved. Enjoy the offseason.

Yep, that's indeed one Jeffrey Lee Query. Around 1990 I got a free GB Packer team set of trading cards from IGA. For some odd reason, Query was one of my favorites. Always liked the underdogs.
