From Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com:
RB Eddie Lacy was in full pads. First time he's practiced on a Thursday since early December. #Packers

Lacy has apparently sprained and aggravated his ankle in four consecutive games dating back to matchup Dec. 8 against the Atlanta Falcons.
But somehow he fights through the pain and continues to play at a high level, such as he did this past Sunday, rushing for 66 yards and a touchdown. Perhaps practicing on a Thursday indicates that Lacy is making progress and starting to put his ankle issues behind him.
He'll be looking to be as close to 100 percent as possible as the Packers prepare to take on the San Francisco 49ers in the wildcard round of the playoffs Sunday at Lambeau Field.
According to the beat reporters attending practice, the only player not practicing is linebacker Clay Matthews, who has already been ruled out of Sunday's game with a broken thumb. However, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel also reports that fellow linebacker Victor Aiyewa was also not practicing.
Linebacker Brad Jones was reportedly practicing in full after being listed as a limited participant on Wednesday.
