On a team with so much youth. jobs will undoubtedly be won and lost on special teams. That emphasis doesn't mean younger players can't find roles on offense or defense.

This is one of the things that I will be looking at as a window to see if Rodgers was preventing LaFleur getting the most from his players or if LaFleur lacks that imagination, or perhaps lost it in caution somewhere over the last couple of years.
