So put Rodgers on IR to heal completely and play Kizer and Boyle at QB the last four games to see how they perform. Need to find out what they have at the backup QB position going forward. Especially interested in seeing Boyle playing as a possible heir to the QB position for Green Bay in the near future. Be nice to get draft picks in the top 10 all the rounds of the 2019 draft.

If Kizer or Boyle play lights out, might have significant trade value. Rodgers will want to play, of course. He might even want to rework the offense. He is the smartest cat in the alley, so why not?

Is anyone else reminded of "The Caine Mutiny"? Also I am uneasy about Murphy. McCarthy had more Green and Gold in his pinkie than Murphy has in his whole body.

I could see Bruce Arians being hired as the new coach in Green Bay but I’d rather see a young college coach who has been successful with innovation and energy...like Chris Peterson.
