The Green Bay Packers activated rookie offensive lineman J.C. Tretter from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list on Monday, elevating him to the 53-man roster.
To make room, the Packers placed rookie wide receiver Myles White on injured reserve. In seven games this season, White caught nine passes for 66 yards (7.3 ypc).
It was not immediately known what type of injury landed White on I.R. He was never listed on the team's injury report and wasn't obviously injured at any point in the Packers' last game against the Falcons this past Sunday.
With the addition of Tretter, the Packers now have nine offensive linemen on their active roster, making it highly unlikely all nine will be active on game days. Whether Tretter will be one of them could depend on how healthy the other offensive linemen are in any given week.
