We're still carrying a glut of wideouts, an extra punter and so on, are we not? Isn't the general procedure on this (unless you're the Bears) that you sign your lower guys first, work your way up the draftee list, you aim to have your first rounders sealed and delivered by the time training camp rolls around and you thin out your roster as that process goes on?
