Packers Sign OL Josh Walker to Practice Squad
The Green Bay Packers signed free agent offensive lineman Josh Walker to the practice squad on Tuesday, according to the NFL transaction wire.
Walker reportedly was invited to a tryout with the Packers.
To make room for Walker, the Packers cut fellow offensive lineman Josh Allen, who spent just three weeks in Green Bay, having originally been signed Sept. 3.
The Packers still have not signed anyone to take Andy Mulumba's place on the 53-man roster.
An undrafted rookie out of Middle Tennessee State, Walker spent training camp with the Indianapolis Colts.
According to ProFootballFocus.com (premium content), Walker played in 181 snaps in the preseason with the Colts, playing left tackle, left guard and right guard.
Walker is 6-5, 328 lbs. and will wear No. 79 with the Packers.

Technically the Packers whole team is made up of players other teams didn't want. Packers never had the number 1 overall pick in Thompson era and every player was passed up by another team. So that could be said for the whole team.

So, from what I can tell, he's big and not very athletic. He seems to be very strong tho

If you look around we have a few of our castoff O lineman playing for other teams. Breno for the Jets, EDS, College, Newhouse, Wells, Barbre Maybe wTT should have paid EDS and picked a few more fast middle linebackers - Hawk is consistent but always 3 yards after the first down
