That's good news for both players. But with both guys set to be FAs, it remains to be seen if it is meaningful to the Packers.
I hope they can keep Shields. In terms of their own FAs, he is the top priority. The franchise tag should be part of the strategy discussion for keeping him in GB.
I only want Neal back if they go to a 4-3. He's not a 3-4 OLB and they have plenty without him for a 3-4 DL.
