Packers Safety Chris Banjo Active for Bills Game

Safety Chris Banjo, who was just signed by the Green Bay Packers on Saturday, is on the active for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.

Banjo was not among the Packers' mandatory seven-man inactive list, released 90 minutes before the game, which included:

  • Cornerback Davon House
  • Wide receiver Jeff Janis
  • Quarterback Scott Tolzien
  • Tight end Justin Perillo
  • Offensive lineman Garth Gerhart
  • Linebacker Carl Bradford
  • Defensive lineman Bruce Gaston

After being active for all 16 games last season and on the practice squad for the first 14 weeks this season, Banjo is intimately familiar with the Packers special teams and will likely be highly involved in that phase of the game.
