Packers Promote Eliot Wolf

The seven year veteran of the Packers personnel staff is named assistant director of player personnel.

The Packers announced this afternoon that Eliot Wolf, son of former Packers General Manager Ron Wolf, had been named assistant director of player personnel.

Wolf's duties as assistant director of pro personnel the past three years found him scouting teams in the NFL as well as in-season advance scouting of upcoming Packers opponents.

From Ted Thompson:

Eliot is an important part of our personnel staff. Over the years, his responsibilities and duties have continued to grow. His contributions to our efforts in pro scouting have been tremendous, and he has taken on more in the college scouting and draft preparations. We believe this adjustment is an appropriate recognition of his continued growth within our personnel group.
