Packers still awaiting MRI results on Mulumba's knee to determine full diagnosis, but as Mike McCarthy said, it doesn't look good

If/when Mulumba goes on IR, I wonder who they replace him with. Another OLB? Hubbard? Maybe Rolle? Another DL would be nice.

yeah, that's a good question. They already have an extra OLB on the bench with Elliott who hasn't even been activated yet. So do they bring up an extra OLB now? I am not sure.
Rolle has to be one of the top players on the PS but he is playing at a position of strength on the roster. Although pending on the injury to Hyde that could change it a bit.
If they go another position I can see DL or maybe OL. Who though, I am not sure.

That's a good point about Elliott....no need for yet another OLB to sit inactive.

On the flip side, hopefully this gets Elliott activated and on the field on gameday.

yeah, i wouldn't mind seeing him playing. He was very, very good in the preseason. And it wasn't just against 4th string guys either. He was getting sacks against starting Tackles.

Hubbard would be a good compliment to Daniels IMO

Hmmm. I'll believe it when I see it. Certainly hope not as that would put us in a bad spot with Sherrod and no quality depth to speak of. But again, I won't get too excited about it until I see it for real.

Why am I not shocked. You can put Mulumba in there also. When MM say two weeks it means out for the year when he says serious injury, hey the guy may be in the morgue. LOL Just sayin.....................

Anything that gets your 8-8 prediction closer to reality must be welcome news. Now you can concentrate on sticking pins in your CMIII doll.

I have to admit man you been pretty spot on with your assessment so far. 0-4 won't happen for ya but 1-3 is still a strong possibility.

If that's true about Bulaga, did the doctors drop the ball again and misdiagnose him or did Bulaga hurt his knee further trying to practice this week. A meniscus is probably pretty easy to tear in an unstable knee.
If true look for Jeremy Vujnovich to be called up from the PS. He always looked better at T to me than Aaron Adams, who got some early praise in TC and the preseason.
Hubbard would be a good guy to replace Mulumba on STs, get him and Peppers out there to block some FGs from behind Mike Pennel.
