Packers Hall of Fame Announces Induction Presenters

The Green Bay Packers recently announced the presenters who will introduce those being inducted during the team's annual Hall of Fame banquet.

Former running back Ahman Green will be presented by Jerry Paul while former offensive lineman Ken Ruettgers will be presented by Scott Berchtold.

Paul, who is Green’s oldest brother, is a retired veteran of the Omaha Police Department in Nebraska, where he served for 23 years. He is the proud father of four children, ages five to 27, and his primary second career has been as a stay-at-home dad. Paul is also a certified personal trainer and is currently pursuing his passion of inspiring and teaching people to achieve their physical potential.

Berchtold, senior vice president of communications for the Buffalo Bills, was elevated to senior vice president level in February 2011, after having served as a vice president since January 1999. Berchtold first joined the Bills in March of 1989 as the manager of media relations before becoming the director of media relations in 1991. During that time frame, he headed up the media relations operations for the Bills’ four consecutive Super Bowl teams. He entered the NFL on a full-time basis in 1985 as the assistant PR director for the Green Bay Packers, when he worked with Ruettgers, and served in that capacity through February of 1989. Berchtold has served on 23 NFL Super Bowl PR staffs, and was selected by the league to coordinate the Super Bowl PR staff efforts at the past six Super Bowls and Super Bowl XL.

The induction ceremony takes place on Saturday July 19.
