I'm going completely againest the grain here. One way to improve the D is to improve the O. The best way to improve the run game is with better OL. The best OL available is Barrett Jones of Alabama. All American at T, G, and C. Winner of Outland and Rimmington awards. Smart...4.0 GPA and Magna Cum Laude. Will save Rodgers lots of wear and tear. Run game improvement will move chains and keep opponents O on their bench where they belong. Can't miss player.

Barrett Jones is far from the best OL in the draft. He might not be the best Center either. Wouldn't take him till 3rd rd. He's compared to Daryn Colledge! He wasn't even the best OL at Bama!
