Packers CB Jarrett Bush Added to Injury Report

Green Bay Packers cornerback and special teams player Jarrett Bush did not practice on Wednesday and has been added to the team's injury report.

Bush missed the Packers' last game before the bye in Week 3 with a hamstring injury but was able to return after the bye for the team's Week 5 game against the Detroit Lions.

Unlike several other players on the team's roster, however, Bush has not yet been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Do any of you do any Packer related reading outside these blogs? If you did you might learn a few things. Theres been numberous Packer articles written about the hamstring injuries on the team. Here's one.

http://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/article/20130928/PKR01/309280460/Ham...

Please read something for a change. Bottom line its mostly bad luck, but the Packers are and will do everything they can!

It amazes me you guys seem to do nothing but try to get "information" from your peers on these sites. Mostly misinformation, 1/2 truths and little substance. Try reading some real articles for a change!

What a shocker!!!!! MM said Brad Jones injured his other hammy, so he's hurt both in 8 weeks.

I'd love to see the TT hire someone outside the organization like Lieutenant Columbo as a consultant. He would figure out what's behind all these hamstring injuries. If I were to guess I would say it's either the turf that's causing this or Shawn Slocum. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Let me get out in front of this for everyone else.

We must fire all of the med / training staff for not preventing this.

We must fire all of the coaching staff for not firing the training staff.

We need to get Brian fired for continually giving us this terrible news.

There ... did I cover everything? Good. Now control yourselves and go about your daily business.

League-wide: 4 teams had byes last week and the 28 teams playing listed 37 players with (reportable) hamstring injuries; Over 40 starters were inactive last week due to injury (again, out of only 28 teams playing). There are 175 players total on IR or PUP.

Are guys maxing out their frames more than ever? New CBA limiting practice playing a role? Bad luck? All of the above?

Certainly not exclusive to the Packers.

I don't know if this is true but a buddy of mine told me that of those 37 players with hamstring injuries, 23 were former Packers players. Stroh, can you verify if this is true?
