Packers Calendar: Season Premiere of "Tuesdays with Aaron"

The Packers quarterback's weekly radio show airs at 1:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday.

Two days away from the season opener at Seattle, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers makes an appearance on the season premiere of his weekly radio show "Tuesdays with Aaron," according to ESPNMilwaukee's Twitter account.

Airing at 1:30 p.m. CT on 540 AM in Milwaukee and streamed live at ESPNWisconsin.com, there's plenty for Rodgers to discuss as the Packers prepare to enter the 2014 NFL regular season.

One of the biggest talking points entering the all-important NFL Kickoff game on Thursday is Rodgers working with a rookie center, Corey Linsley, making his first start as a professional in a hostile environment after the two didn't get any time working together during the preseason.

But there's no shortage of other topics for Rodgers to touch upon as the Packers get ready to face the defending Super Bowl champions and arguably the best secondary in the NFL.

As part of the changes head coach Mike McCarthy has made to his team's practice schedule this season, the Packers are scaling back their practice regimen on Tuesday, two days before a game, for the first time during the regular season.

The Packers will not be holding a full-scale practice, although they will hold a walk-through and have meetings in preparation for the Seahawks game.

At 11:30 a.m. CT, McCarthy will hold a press conferece to be streamed live at Packers.com, his final meeting with the media in advance of Thursday's game.

The Packers will also release an injury report on Tuesday, even though they're not holding a full-scale practice.
