Packers Calendar: Annual Shareholders Meeting at Lambeau Field

The Green Bay Packers are preparing for more than 17,000 shareholders for Wednesday's annual meeting at 11:00 a.m. CT at Lambeau Field. Tickets are required to attend the event and were sent to shareholders in the mail.

The Lambeau Field parking lot and ticket office opens at 8:00 a.m., while gates to the stadium open at 9:00 a.m.

Shareholders will have exclusive access to the atrium until 2:00 p.m. when it opens to the general public.

Following the meeting, shareholders can take self-guided tours of the new south end zone expansion at Lambeau Field, including approximately 7,000 new seats, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The Packers are reminding attendees that only the Miller Lite Gate at the north end of the stadium and the Verizon Wireless Gate at the west end are open for today's meeting.

An exclusive live webcast of the meeting is available to those shareholders who are unable to attend the event at packers.com/community/shareholders.html. According to a Packers press release:

Username and password details were provided to shareholders during the voting process and also appear on the information document that was mailed with the shareholder proxy. The live webcast will use Adobe Flash and will not be available on Apple iOS devices (iPhones and iPads).

On Wednesday afternoon, Packers players will move into the dorms at St. Norbert in De Pere, Wis. before they report to training camp on Thursday.
