Sounds about right. I might even slide Derrick Martin in the “good” for that ST play.

We will need Williams and Underwood to step up their games big time…

Why does Jarrett Bush always find a way on the field. I hope we sign someone. I don’t even care if its one of these old CB.

A Nag
Can you review for everyone (well, at least for me) the situation with Pat Lee? I know he’s on IR and the Packers probably regret that now. Is there no way at all we can put him on the roster for the remainder of the season? I keep hearing he’s healthy and frankly don’t remember how IR works. Thanks

Tramon Williams on the bad the second week in a row? Uh-oh… I bet your gonna hear from Corey, if you didn’t already.
I’m not saying I disagree with it, though. But I think he’s been in the bad more because of the expectation on him than because of the actual play.

BTW, what’s up with the “etc” on the good? That leave me no room to criticize who’s not on the good…

AIA – no way Lee can be back. Once you’re on IR you are out for the year. I guess it was worth keeping three invaluable fullbacks over letting a guy get better…

Didnt get to see the game, but heard Wayne and Larry. Sounded like Tauscher had a good performance in run blocking. Cullen’s performance against screen passes continues to be under appreciated IMO, and this week he combined that finishing off the QB when Smith stepped up to avoid the speed rusher on the outside.

McCarthy deserved to be on the Good imo. Solid gameplan.

NickGBP said in November 23rd, 2009 at 12:16 pm

ST bad! Regardless of an otherwise decent performance, the KO return that could have turned the game into a loss deserve to reduce the grade substantially. Kmapinos still erratic and sometime awfu in the punt game.

Sounds about right. I’ve never seen so many people in the good before. It was a great game, but with the injuries to Harris and Kampman, was a W here really worth it? We really need big games from Williams and Underwood. I’m predicting that the secondary will make or break our season from here on out.

PACKERS said in November 23rd, 2009 at 5:32 pm

PACKERS: This was a must-win game, no doubt. In my mind, the only losable games are Pittsburgh and Chicago. The rest we NEED to win if we want that playoff berth. I don’t think a 9-7 team will go anywhere this year…

PackersRS said in November 23rd, 2009 at 7:51 pm

I agree that yesterday was a must win ( is there really any game in the season that isn’t?), but all I’m saying is that not having Harris and Kampman could have possibly season-altering consequences. I have an app that includes stats for every NFL player, and I was going to copy Underwood’s here until I realized that he has a grand total of one tackle. I really hope he has the ability to take over the position. A free agent signing is another option, but we all know that will never happen ;(

PACKERS …. it happened! Signed Bell from the Broncos. Sounds like a decent pickup and he should be ready to play in some capacity on Thursday. Don’t know how but that’s what Bedard says. http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/71987197.html

WOW. Pigs have flown. It is really nice to know that Ted is finally acting in the interest of the team instead of his bizare managing strategies. This could be a step in the right direction for the front office. Way to go Ted.

By the way, if you ever want something to happen to the Pack, just let me know, and I’ll make sure to state the opposite. That should get you everything you need ;)

“Signed Bell from the Broncos”. Not true… street FA, he was waived by Denver. The kid did start a few last year, we got that going for us.
