I remember when most everyone in this group was saying that Jones didn't have what it takes to be an "every down, featured back"... and that he was good but too injury prone.

I remember for "fans" clamoring for us to get Bell... because Jones can never do what Bell can do....

Who's the one dominating now?

I stand firm in my off-season prediction that Jones will have 1800 APY this year.

I only remember a few people saying that JV. One in particular was louder than the others. Some of us were and are still staying that jones is a stud.

Warrick Dunn of the Yuccaneers played alot of good football for a decade. No reason Jones of similar size cant.

What did we expect, he was hurt and toking the first two seasons of his career. Now he is finally taking care of his body and came to camp in great shape.

Great Podcast guys,
I think you're being a little too hard on All and Chris, it's their job to point things out, and I think they're the best pair on TV. MIchaels is the consummate pro, and Collinsworth is a wealth of knowledge, and he might have been right, God knows we'd have bitched if there'd been a flag.
Tony Romo, while I like genuine genuine exuberant style, and he's improving, will never be John Madden. Madden and Michaels are the standard by which all are measured.

Michaels makes too many mistakes, give me Madden and Merlin Olsen.

Give me Cosell and Meredith.

I loved the conflict and tension.

Al Michaels is by far the best in the pro game right now, in my opinion, and I don't think there's anyone close at this point.

I may have been one to say Jones didnt have it but to be fair, McCarthy loved the 230 bull rushing backs not the ones with speed and agility and ability to break it lose, so Jones never got the chance to show what he really could do. He also had a few injuries to slow him down just when he was getting ready to shine.
I hope he stays healthy, we haven't seen his best yet.

You were correct with digestif mon ami. Aperitif is for before the meal. A digestif as you suggested is after the meal to help you digest. Merci beaucoup for the great content you two.
