No Packer Transplants Tonight
By Aaron Nagler on Nov 24, 2009 with 38 Comments
As you have probably noticed, blogging has been a bit lite over the past four or five days. As it happens, I’ve been laid up in bed with something serious and have not had much strength to do anything. Indeed at the moment I can’t walk – well, I can but I look like Benjamin Button just losing his cane. It’s not pretty.
With that said, I can’t begin to apologize enough for the fact that we will have to cancel tonight’s episode of Packer Transplants. Corey’s place is a long way away and I just about passed out trying to get to the doctor’s office yesterday which is just down the street. My biggest apology goes out to Harry Sydney who had agreed to come on the show tonight. I hope he won’t hold this against Cheesehead Nation and I hope he’ll agree to come on again.
Again, sorry I’m letting so many people down who watch us every Tuesday night and listen to the podcast during the week. Hopefully, Packer Transplants will be back next Tuesday night.

Get better, Aaron!
A Nag
Get well. Packer Nation will have just as much to grouse about next week as we do this week. We owe you and Corey way more than you owe us. Tell Mrs. A Nag to make you some chicken soup and get some sleep. Dream of the playoffs and we’ll see you soon
Soignez-vous bien, Aaron.
Dang,
First Harris and Kampman and now you? If our most valuable players keep dropping I’m not sure what I’ll do. Hope it’s not too serious. Get well soon.
Get well soon!! Otherwise Jarrett Bush is gonna take over Cheesehead Tv.
Hope you get well soon.
Dear Aaron,
I know I was too frustrated after the Tampa loss and vowed to never return. But I have been reading your posts.
I am so sorry you are not well. I will pray for you to get well very soon. I wish your family good health as well.
Jim Rarick
Ack! Take care, Aaron, and speedy recovery.
Aaron,
Even though we all depend on your ramblings every week and some of us use the podcast to pass the time in the car (well at least I do) its much more important for you to get better. Granted just like Doug said, we can’t handle all these injuries.
Get better soon!!!!
Get well bud…Maybe curl up with a good Packer book, or dvd..
get well soon man
hope you feel better bro. GO PACK!!!
Don’t worry about us – remember, it’s only a game.
Aaron,
Mix equal portions of Chciken Soup and Kentucky Moon – Drink without stopping – When you regain conciousness enough time should have gone by to recover completely. Until then listen to your Dr. A good victory on Thursday is also guarenteed to bring a return to healthy living.
Aaron, if you’re going to have a cane I recommend a Shillelagh because it doubles as a weapon. And it looks as badass as a suit:

BTW, is this something serious the “Swine”. Haha, I didn’t admit it either when I had it about a month ago. Didn’t want to freak people out.
Nice to see your priorities are straight. As odd as it may seem, health is more important than the Packers.
Get well.
Really sorry to hear you’re sick, Aaron. Maybe it’s the H1N1 virus?
We had it in Brazil, and it was very hyped, everybody that was with any kind of cold had to wear masks and run blood and x-ray tests… And the matter of fact is that in proportion, it killed as many people as the normal flu did. Which is a lot less. Approx. 100 people died of H1N1. approx. 500 people died of normal flu (the other flus, it’s not just one type of virus). But it doesn’t get as much publicized…

Anywho, get well soon…
Get Well Soon
Get well soon! You have to get better to eat turkey on Thursday and get a chance to see Jarrett Bush get the playing time that we have been clamoring for all season
(did I just make you sicker? Sorry)
Aaron, Sir get well soon!! I was really looking forward to PT tonight, but alas you must get well to lead Packer nation once more!!
HEYY!! What about having a call in show where Corey takes calls from listeners and we talk Packer football (and Thanksgiving plans) for 40 minutes or so…That would be cool, no??
I did laugh at the thought of Jarrett Bush taking over for you while you are sick.
No apologies necessary, Aaron. Hope you recover fast enough to enjoy the holiday.
Get well soon Aaron!
I’m impressed that you’re even posting if you’re that bad off. Get well! Cheesehead Nation needs its leader(s)!
Hopefully the game will improve your health and not prove a setback.
Well, Now I’ll be able to catch up on last weeks podcast. Get better soon. Packer nation misses you already
From all the packer fans here in Fresno (which i think it just might be me at this point) we wish you a speedy recovery…cause otherwise we cant afford to loose you. First Kampy, Alharris, and now you…dang!
Cheesehead nation is kind of like a chicken with it’s head cut off right now
. Get better soon!
Get better soon Mr Nagler! Wear your hat for a speedy recovery!
Take care of yourself, Aaron, and don’t waste any energy in feeling badly for doing it!
Hope you feel better soon, my friend. It’s a b**** being laid up in bed when there is so much blogging and blogcasting to do!
I hope this isn’t punishment for your claim on-air that Jarrett Bush “wasn’t that bad”.
Feel better… PUSS
