The NFL has set a date for their annual supplemental draft.
From Ian Rapoport.
In Supplemental Draft news… The date is set for July 9. Could have the first selection since Josh Gordon in 2012. I await @nflukhank’s mock

As Ian notes, no NFL team has actually made a supplemental selection since the Cleveland Browns took Josh Gordon back in 2012, but there are a few intriguing possibilities on offer this summer.
NFL.com's Henry Hodgson has the list of players who could be selected.
@Scoop28 @RapSheet 4 players: West Georgia DT D. Stuckey & DE D. Caldwell, North Carolina Central WR A. Wilkins & Clemson OT I. Battle

It is highly doubtful Ted Thompson would burn a draft pick on one of these guys. The Packers haven't made a supplemental selection since Ron Wolf took Mike Wahle back in 1998.
A very good overview of how the supplemental draft works can be found here.
