Most Interceptions in the NFL

For the record Packer Bye week sucks.

It does give me chance to watch the Jets vs. Chiefs and Brett's 3rd INT of the game.

Just want to say congrats to Brett for being #1 in the NFL.

Tied with a Packer legend of a different sort. J.T. O'Sullivan.

BTW- before we stop posting Brett Favre articles, I posted a link on the forum to this pretty good Jets blog. It is more inclined to have Interview audio because Jets.com does not make it freely available.

I don't get it... another Favre post.

Can we get a count of how many Favre-centric vs. Rodgers-centric posts we've had on this blog since the season started?

This article would be a good topic for discussion.

Dude.I think it's hilarious that he is looking like the second Favre...not disciplined...that's why I wrote the post. From the very beginning I thought the fact that he went to NY was cool and now I get to see him in HD every week look like he is trying to do everything and not just focusing on what he can do and taking calculated risks.

What helps me is that everytime he screws up it reaffirms that now was the time to cut ties. Aaron Rodgers is amazing. I was at Favre's last game at lambeau and he is just continuing that same trend as a QB.

and this year (as is every year) it's not Favre or Rodgers centric - IT's PACKERS centric. Notice that doesnt say SEASON centric. Packer all-time as well as now. and both of those things include Brett Favre. word.

BTW- I agree that we need more blog posts- I gotta go on XBox 360 and let the lead writer on this blog know your concerns and see what we can do about it...:)

I guess we just have different ways of looking at things. What reaffirms the decision for me is when Rodgers makes that makes me think "wow" to myself. Perhaps the greatest compliment that I can pay to Rodgers is that he has made me ::gasp:: forget that our management team turned their backs on (perhaps) the most valuable QB in the history of football.

And my take on Favre is that the man can still play. The problem is he is "BRETT FAVRE." The only coach who could ever reign him in was Holmgren, but even that was before he was "BRETT FAVRE." Today was a perfect example of this. I was at the game today, and I kept turning to my friend and saying "did the Jets not get the game film from the Titans-Chiefs game?" "Why are they throwing so much?" (and I wasn't just saying this because I started Thomas Jones and Leon Washington on my fantasy team ;)

I firmly believe that Favre still has the ability to win a championship. The problem is, he needs to be in a situation where the coach is bigger than he is and will actually take him aside and tell him to stop chucking the ball and just take what the defense gives him. Plus, I also think he's trying waaaay too hard to "prove" something, so he makes these ludicrous throws into quadruple coverage. But when it came down to just winning the game, he marched the team right down the field in no time and won the damn thing.

True. dat. I'm mad that I started Thomas Jones and not Leon Washington.

I don't know why people say Holmgren was the only guy to reign Favre in. He was wild then too. It's just the way he is.

Dale, it's true that Favre was always wild, but I felt like he picked his spots better under Holmgren.
