McCarthy's Challenge-Flag Message

Mike McCarthy's use of the coaches challenge can sometimes be...mysterious.
Well, Corey Wilson over at the Green Bay Press Gazette has found something even more mysterious - a handwritten note on McCarthy's red challenge flag.
It's 100% speculation but I'd wager that the message says something to the effect that his wife is with him every time even if the officials aren't. I think it's kind of cool that he has anything written on there at all. Sure is more interesting than a boring old red flag.
Now my question is whether the message stays the same each week (assuming McCarthy only owns one red challenge flag) or does the message change? I'll have to keep a close eye on the situation as we move into the playoffs. Maybe I'll have more to report later.

At least two of McCarthy's challenges have been because the Packers were heading for a delay of game.
That's why they seem so irrational.

I'm pretty sure it's just the instructions of how to use the flag that is written on it.
.....
Step 1: Throw flag
Step 2: Wait for offical to state "After further review the call on the feild stands"
