I would be remiss if I didn’t point out this excellent article from Lori Nickel over at JS Online. I have taken a few shots at her over the past year, but her reporting on the Favre situation while McGinn and Bedard have been on vacation has been excellent. Tom Silverstein, as would be expected, has done amazing work, but Nickel has really impressed and taken her writing to a new level. (No doubt she would point out that she’s finally been given a story with some meat…)
Anyway, as I said, I have taken my shots, but I also want to be sure to acknowledge great work when I see it, which her reporting this past week most certainly has been.
