Justin Tuck Says Packers Were in the Mix to Sign the Free Agent DL

Justin Tuck, who signed with the Oakland Raiders this week, joined the Dan Patrick Show on Friday to discuss his recent signing and NFL Free Agency. 

Tuck, surprised at the end of his time with the Giants, mentioned Green Bay as one of his potential landing spots before he chose Oakland.

Great guy...not sure how he fits in the 3-4 at 6'5", 270. Unless MM really does want to get more of a hybrid thing going.

IF we had already fixed our secondary and ILB issues, he may well have been that extra piece that put us back on top. Since we haven't yet fixed those issues, and he isn't signing with us, all of this has zero relevance.

Oh and Oakland is totally fixed.................................YEAH RIGHT! He took the F-ing money. Anyone who signs with the Raiders is doing it only for financial gain, C'MON MAN. He has 2 rings, nice warm weather, play a year or 2 and ride off into the sunset.
