In Praise Of Corey Behnke

Apologies for the dead space here on the homepage of the site this morning. Corey is working on it as we speak, the poor guy. You might see some odd things pop in and out on the site today as he tries to pinpoint the problem, but be assured he is working on it.
Speaking of my collegue, I was thinking last night how amazing it is that this one guy, Corey Behnke, has basically developed this entire network known as Cheesehead Nation, from nothing but sheer determination and a whole lot of enthusiasim about computers and Web 2.0 (3.0, 4.0…). I mean, two years ago, he and I sat around and argued about the Packers. One day he called me out of the blue and said, “We should do a podcast“, and to be honest, at that point, I didn’t even know what a podcast was. But I was game and I can’t believe, watching last nights replay, how far we’ve come in such a short time.
Yes, Alex and Brian are without question indespensible in their contributions to Cheesehead Nation and we can’t thank them enough for being part of the future of Packer Fandom, but I just wanted to take a moment to salute the guy who doesn’t often get a whole lot of recognition for the insane amount of work he does behind the scenes here at Cheesehead TV, and who, again, basically brought us all here by sheer force of will.
Here’s to you Corey.

Props to Corey! Great job setting this all up.
Yay Corey! Everything looks fixed at last! I’ve been reading up on the struggles of IT guys around the world, and the job you do is thankless, so, uhh, here’s to you!
Way to go Corey! You do great work
