Report: Possible Holmgren, McKenzie Reunion in Oakland

According to Bill Williamson and John Clayton of ESPN.com, the Oakland Raiders have been in talks with former Green Bay Packers Super Bowl winning coach Mike Holmgren about a potential “leadership position within the organization.”
“Holmgren would be a natural candidate because of his relationship with Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie,” reads the article. “Both worked for the Packers.”

I’m hoping they’re just pointing out that it was the Packers where they worked together, instead of implying that they have a good relationship simply because they worked for the same team at one point.
Not all people who work together have a good relationship with each other.
What difference does it make?
