Eddie Lacy Suffers Injury, Won’t Work Out at Combine

From Adam Schefter of ESPN…
Alabama RB Eddie Lacy will not work out at combine after suffering small tear in some tissue around his hamstring while training last week.

As we saw from Sunday’s internet mock draft survey, Lacy is (tied for) second only to teammate Barrett Jones as the name popping up most in mock drafts as going to the Green Bay Packers with the 26th pick in the first round.
If Schefter’s report is correct, however, Lacy’s injury does not appear to be serious…
After injuring his hamstring last week, Alabama RB Eddie Lacy now hopes to perform all drills at Alabama’s Pro Day on March 13. No combine.

No idea why we’d draft a RB. Once MM can commit to 20 runs per game so the RB can get in the groove, the OLine and RB will make it happen.
Or does ARodg have to quit checking to pass plays?
Who wants to run the ball when you have the best player in the game under center?
Lets just find some people to keep him upright in 2013.
