Green Bay Packers running back Cedric Benson has reportedly paid the fourth of four recent fines in Manitowoc County, which have totaled over $1,000, according to Fox 11 in Green Bay.
“Officials say the $200.50 payment for ‘animals running at large’ negates the need for a court appearance Wednesday,” reads an article posted at Fox11Online.com.
Benson previously paid another fine for animals running at large as well as other violations for operating without a license and speeding.
When the new league year begins on March 12, Benson will be an unrestricted free agent.
