I wouldn’t wish injury on anyone but it would be really convenient of Garcia was done for the year. Way too convenient.

Sounds like he just pulled a hammie. Crap.

PRC - Perhaps the Packers offered Garcia the money Favre turned down… ;)

As much as I want Favre to just sit down and shut up, I’d rather he get traded to Tampa than Minnesota. This would have been a nice way to up Favre’s trade value. Too bad I don’t think he’d agree no matter what.

Agreed PackerBelle, but if the Pack can get a legit offer from the Bucs,Favre blessing or no,(remember, Gruden traded for a retired QB who didn’t want to report last year in Plummer) it would help drive up the price the Vikings need to offer, without question.

“sounds like he just pulled a hammie”

Well everything I have read says injured during non contact throwing drill when he was rolling out. Most articles just say the “right leg” but a couple specify that it looked like his lower leg possibly a “calf” injury. It could just be a strained calf or it could be much more serious. Likely its just a couple day injury. We’ll likely know in a few hours…
