Four Packers Receive Grants for Youth Football Camps

Four members of the Green Bay Packers are among 221 current and former NFL players receiving grants from the NFL Foundation for hosting youth football camps this year.

Wide receivers Randall Cobb and James Jones, kicker Mason Crosby and cornerback Davon House are part of a group that received nearly $700,000 for hosting free, non-contact football camps for children ages 5-18 that focus on teaching proper technique and sportsmanship.

Cobb's and Jones' camps have already taken place, while Crosby's will occur on July 13 in Georgetown, Tex. and House's on July 11 in Las Cruces, N.M.

Former Packers players also receiving grants from the NFL Foundation include Greg Jennings, Erik Walden, Vonta Leach, Brandon Underwood, Joe Johnson and Brent Fullwood.
