Humphrey (6-2, 255 lbs.) played in 24 games for the Packers from 2005-08. He started seven games in ’08 and caught 11 passes for 162 yards and zero touchdowns.
Signing in Oakland reunites Humphrey with former Packers personnel man Reggie McKenzie, who is his first year as the Raiders GM. Humphrey joins Brandon Underwood, Dave Tollefson and Pat Lee as former Packers who have signed with McKenzie this offseason.
Humphrey, 29, spent the last three seasons with the New Orleans Saints, catching two passes for 19 yards in two starts and seven games.

Packers West???
…and you can add Brandon Underwood.
Yep, you’re right. Added. Thanks BubbaOne
Hey!! I thought Minnesota was Packers west.
You’re right.
Oakland will now be addressed as “Packers West-er.”
Humphrey is a survivor, he continues to make the roster year after year and did get a super bowl ring with the Saints. Donald Lee had a decent year with the Bengal’s and also got a super bowl ring in his last year in Green Bay, he was a well respected veteran. It looks like Quarless will be put on the PUP list and may not play this year leaving the competition open for #2 to Crabtree, Williams, and Taylor. Maybe like Humphrey and Lee Spencer Havner will catch on and win s ring.
