Fairley May Not Participate At NFL Combine

INDIANAPOLIS––A source tells me medical staffs here at the NFL Combine have uncovered something big with Auburn defensive lineman Nick Fairley, and he may not participate in on-field drills.

He's scheduled to be meeting with the media today, although it's getting late. I'm not sure whether he will or not.

I'll update the situation as more information becomes available.

UPDATE (Sunday): Fairley met with the media today and said he'll take part in the entire workout at the Combine.

His workout isn't until Monday, so it's possible things could change between now and then.

I could be wrong about this one, but I'll wait until Monday to reserve final judgment.

That cheering you hear is coming from the office of the agent of Da'Quan Bowers.

Um dude, his flight got canceled. He's still slated to be there. Nice investigative reporting.

Nope, I'm hearing there's more to it than that. Stay tuned.

Any update? Makes me wonder if steroids are involved.

Please don't be like the typical Twitterverse. If there is something for real, spill it.
