Mike Lombardi voices something I said to a friend on the phone yesterday, and something that I haven’t seen mentioned, even in a cursory fashion.

Don’t read too much into the Packers huge loss to the 49ers. They had a short week and a long trip. That is a bad combination in the preseason.

Could not agree more.

Loved how Favre looked and played. Imagine if he was still on the Packers? They would be a top four team…no doubt.
