In an article by Tyler Dunne of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Monday, Desmond Bishop’s agent, Blake Baratz, spoke about Bishop’s recovery.
“I think he’s 85, 90%. I’d have to ask him but he’s getting there. He’s getting there. I think he’ll be fully cleared for all of the off-season stuff.”
In a season filled with numerous injuries and inconsistent play by the defense, Desmond Bishop was sorely missed. His return could help shore up the middle of the defense, one of the Packers’ weaknesses in 2012.
Dunne notes, “Bishop has been aggressive with his rehab” but the Packers might show caution and slowly re-introduce Bishop to full activity.
