From one new blogger to a more experienced one (and a favorite of mine), I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jeremy, but I go by “TheVegas” on the internet. I’ve recently teamed up with PackOne over at his great blog through citizenwausau.com (http://citizenwausau.com/packone/). I’ve always wanted to blog a little bit on the Packers, and PackOne has given me a great chance to post some stuff on his awesome site.

I read this blog of yours pretty much every day. Awesome, intelligent and even at times, humorous, insight on everything green and gold. Excellent job with the blog.

Well, just wanted to take the time to let you know that I’m a daily reader of Cheesehead TV, as well as introduce myself, since I’m new to the Packer blogging world.

Later on, man.

I am very excited to see what the defense has in store for this season. The last couple of years the Packers have had very few risky plays. The Packers have played a very vanilla defense. Hardly any blitzes or unique lineups. I am glad that the defense is going to finally open up the playbook. We have the playmakers so we might as well use them. Pretty much the whole defense has also had three seasons in the defense so they should be used to it so they can now take the next step. As far as Bob Sanders actually having the courage to take some risks in the regular season, we will have to see. I think we finally will take some risks since I don’t see the point practicing these plays if they never plan on using them but you never truly know. Lets just hope we get a lot out of the defense this season since they are going to have to help with the transition at the QB position. If the defense takes a lot of pressure off of Rodgers I think we are going to have a very successful season.
