Ehh. Let him pass into free agency. We just signed a bunch of undrafted FA's and we'll probably draft a receiver in the first 2 rounds of the next 4 drafts, so why pay him?

Absoluely the #1 priority. Let's hope Jennings agent isn't going to insist he test the market.
I 1000% agree that we need to get Jennings signed before the season, but I'm not at all worried about the lack of progress. Between the combine, free agency, and the draft, team personnel have barely had a chance to catch their breath after the season. We are now entering the "dead time" of the NFL year, and that is the time when extensions will be worked out. People can say a lot about TT (and God knows they have), but they cannot say that Thompson let's his young core guys get away. He takes care of the valuable guys already on the team before they get to FA, and I expect a deal for Jennings sometime before training camp.
I don't think Thompson would have passed on Crabtree if he had any doubt in the world about resigning Jennings.
On today's show, Andy discusses the Packers' decision to sign Andre Dillard. Plus, scouting reports for all the offensive players the Packers have brought in for top 30 visits. Don't miss it!
