The Packers made two roster moves Wednesday. They officially locked up their first round draft pick, Datone Jones. The Jones deal is worth $7.716 million total with a signing bonus of $3.992 million. His contract includes $6.259 million guaranteed.
In addition to signing Jones, the Packers worked out a deal with safety Ryan McMahon out of Sacramento State. McMahon participated in the Packers rookie camp back in May.
"I firmly believe that any man’s finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle – victorious."
