If the Vince Lombardi Trophy can't come home where it belongs, I can't think of a better place for it to go than to the team where Lombardi was once offensive coordinator before becoming the Head Coach of the Green Bay Packers.

I wasn't going to watch because I was still pouting - but by the end I was even prouder of the Packers for, if we had to not go, at least losing to the winning team. And, the Giants deserved it. They really worked their game plan. I was cheering for Eli at the end.

Lombardi would have been proud of how the Giants went through the playoffs and then beat up New England. He would not have been proud of the Patriots had they won and would likely have despised Belichick for the disrespect he showed his opponents by his cheating actions.
