Comedy Gold
By PackerAaron
So it's Friday, and I've got nothin'.
And so I'm killing time, going through old emails and old blog posts and I come up with this, which is only proof of how much I don't know what the hell I'm talking about half the time and also a testement to how much everything can change in a very short period of time in the NFL. If, after reading that post, you never come back to Cheesehead TV again, I'll completely understand.
Have a great weekend.

You should be ashamed. All the rest of us were on to the reality. Just look here...and here (I'll put in the links as soon as I find some....)

That's a good example of how fast things can turn around (or upside down in this case) in the NFL. Just wait a few more years. Since you only started in 2007 you don't have anything really embarrassing like praising the 2004 draft class.

That's hysterical

I mean, it's like I hit my head and woke up Bizzaro Aaron. I tell you what, I can not WAIT to go home and watch that Raider game tonight. Must have been one hell of a show... ;)

Aaron, I find it very honorable that you would put yourself up for such ridicule.

I'm sure that whatever game you watched that made you post that simply got you pumped enough to forget whatever problems you had with the defense up until that point. I remember, back in week 1 of 2008, when Rodgers evaded the rush and threaded that ball to Korey Hall from the 1 (<a href="http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/09000d5d80aa8d33/WK-1-Aaro... rel="nofollow">this one</a> at 1:19) I started mentally clearing the room in Lambeau's trophy cabinet for another Lombardi trophy and forgot what Brett Favre's name was for three hours (or would have it Tom
y Kornheiser would have ever stopped verbally fellating him). That's why football is great and why it can make you say things that you shouldn't (like using the great and Sanders in the same post).

Think of all the 'Comedy Gold' material you'll have in 2011 coming from this year. I can see several good possibilities already as I.m sure you can too.

I sincerely hope your predictive skills have improved. I seemj to remember something about Capers and how he doesn't need better players than the Packers have. Please be right Aaron, please.

Don't worry Ron. I think Capers' record speaks for itself. Hey, I was right about Tramon Williams wasn't I? I swear, I must have been drunk when I wrote the above... ;)
