Cecil Shorts ran the 40-yard dash in 4.35 and 4.41 seconds today at his Pro Day workout on a wet artificial turf.

In the interview, he referenced the Packers specifically Jennings and DD.

Interesting that Mr. Garda is going with Gabbert as his #1 QB pick. Also interesting that he spends a lot of time looking at each players' last bowl game. You can argue it anyway you want for any player, but I have a hunch that Gabbert's Insight Bowl against Iowa epitomizes Gabbert as a prospect. As an Iowa fan, I felt like Gabbert was clearly the best player on the field even while trailing most of the game. His first interception was off the hands of the receiver; nothing he could do. The second really made me question his decision-making. I think he could have been a #1 pick if he had stayed for his senior season. As it is, I think he'll fall to Minnesota.

How is this going to be Packer centric? Are you going to say which players are going to have a chance to be targeted by the Packers or what?

Yes, there will be some of that, but this post goes more in-depth about how this publication will be Packers-centric:

So much for my thought that the Packers should draft a real return guy/5th wide out this year.

I wouldn't rule it out. The rules on punt return haven't changed, and all things being equal, they probably don't want Tramon Williams to hold that role next year. Plus, it's not like kickoffs are being eliminated entirely. I've seen a people in more than one place estimate that only 1/3 of kickoffs will result in touchbacks. I'm skeptical, but that's what I've read.

Good points. And getting Williams out of the PR role should still be a priority.
