I would say the chance you see at Favre at family night is slim, and probably for good reason.

Good point re: McCarthy. I’ve noticed a shift in his statements (Favre a part of the future, etc.) that has distanced him from Murphy & TT, plus being on the practice field and focusing on football has helped in that as well.

Hopefully he’ll enjoy continued support from the fans. At least the ones who are left.

The bribe could also shift sentiment when it comes to Grant. How can you offer to pay Favre $20M to NOT play, but won’t budge a couple mill to get Grant on the field? It’s ridiculous.

Pay not to play???? Where the hell is my money? I’m not playing.

According to Adam Shefter of NFL network the bribe rumors are false.
Let’s hope so.

The next hot rumor will be.” TT offers Favre new lawn tractor every year for 50 years not to show up.

I hope you are right, dgb454. We will know soon enough if they are rumors or not. When I heard that, Homer Simpson came to mind. . . “DOH!!!” That will lean the vote to BAD GUY towards TT.
