I can’t do this on knees that have never had a problem – Nick Barnett is doing it on a knee that was blown up not eight months ago. Go Pack.

It is especially good to see him with good extension in a straight line and the lateral motion looks good which is really important in showing that the knee is stable (and strong). Thanks for the vid!

Wonder how he’s doing mentally. Many times with those injuries guys are physically fine but they are tentative for a while
