A.J. Hawk: "I Lose My Mind and I Black Out" on the Football Field
Green Bay Packers linebacker A.J. Hawk was a guest of Jay Mohr on Fox Sports Radio on Tuesday.
Hawk was asked about what he was so mad about on Sunday when he faced the Carolina Panthers, appearing to get in a shouting match with several players at one point.
The Packers linebacker didn't really have much of an explanation other than to say "I think I got my ankle rolled up by somebody," admitting earlier that his anger was likely displaced.
"Sometimes I lose my mind and I black out out there," said Hawk. "I don't even know who I was mad at to tell you the truth. I wasn't mad at any players."
The situation sounded eerily similar to when Hawk was caught giving the middle finger on television to his own teammates during a game in 2011.
"That's how dumb I am," said Hawk. "Whatever happens out on the field, I assume nobody sees it."

Explains nothing, as a matter of fact.
I'd actually prefer to have LB's who lose it a little on the field. I hope the opposing team is scared shitless by our guys.

I'm not really sure who AJ Hawk is going to scare though...even if he is enraged by something. I think his rage would cause other teams to maybe snicker or an eye-roll or two...but...I may not be giving him enough credit.

I thought the finger thing was him saying to his teammates "Who says I'm not a playmaker?" Good natured, teammate to teammate stuff, but caught on camera, of course. What isn't?

WTF is football coming to when you can't flip someone off. People worry about what their kids see watching a game while the old man is screaming at the tv @###&*%!!!@#@*!!
