Both deserve to be in.

IMO Green in his heyday with GB, was often the best player on the roster and as responsible for the teams success as anyone early in this millennium.

Ruettgers was the best o-lineman we had for years just before the team took off mid-nineties. Don't know if he always wanted to be here, but when he chose to, could be as good as lineman across the league.

Not only could you make a point Ahman Green was as responsible for the Packers success as Favre, you could make a strong case that during his tenure in GB, at least the 1st 5+ years, he was the best RB in the NFL. He led the NFL in rushing during the '00 thru '04 seasons. He was a very effective and reliable receiver and blocker as well. Ahman is one of only 2 RB in NFL history w/ 2 90+ yd TD runs.

Ahman was my favorite player for the Packers during his career and my favorite Packer ever. Just a tremendous RB in every facet of the game!

Surprise Ruettgers hasn't been inducted yet. Long overdue IMO.

Not my favorite Packer ever, but up there. Too bad we never could get him a SB. Never should have given Sherman duel CM/Coaching roles - though he did have his moments.

Easy Packer HOF choice. Great Packer.
